Action Teams!

Action Teams are volunteer and volunteer/staff teams designed to get work done. They are forming around various areas of organizational needs. In many cases, a team has several benefits over a role including: continuity of operations; term limits on participation to keep things fresh; novel opportunities for skill and relationship building; and for volunteers to become more integrated in a full range of activities necessary to run a successful grassroots organization.

The Action Teams are part of a larger experiment in sustainable, distributed volunteer organizing. Watch this video  to learn more
